Can I Fit 2 Thule ProrRide XT Bike Racks on My 2017 Subaru Crosstrek's Factory Crossbars?

Have a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek with mfr cross bars. So maybe 29-30 inches available on the cross rack. Can two Thule ProRide XT Frame Mount bike racks be staggered to allow two bikes to be carried?
