The Adjustable Ball Mount for 2" Hitches part # TK5007 is a great economical adjustable ball mount option. It however is made overseas. If you're looking for USA made you'll have to consider some higher end options. The Gen-Y Rebel X Adjustable Ball Mount part # GY99VR is a great choice made in the USA. It offers up to a 7.5" drop.
I have attached a list of Gen-Y ball mounts which are all made in the USA.
