The Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System for Retrax XR Series and Mountain Top EVO-M Tonneau Covers - Black - 71" Long, part # RRVA180B-RRRLT600, is what you need. It has a weight limit of 220lbs. The legs mount directly to the tracks of your RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover - Retractable - Aluminum - Matte Black - Accessory T-Slots, part # RTT-80243. The Vortex crossbars have a t-channel so they will work with any channel mounted accessories. These legs come with locks so this rack will be secured to your vehicle.
My bike mount of choice is the Thule UpRide Roof Bike Rack - Wheel Mount - Clamp On or Channel Mount - Aluminum, part # TH599000. This rack will carry your bike without you having to remove your front wheel. The bike can be locked to your rack via a cable lock. I will include a link to the Thule lock cores below.
Your kayaks can be carried by the Rhino-Rack 2 Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - J-Style - Folding - Side Loading, part # S512-S512X. This carrier can transport two kayaks in j-style cradles. It comes with cam straps and bow and stern tie-downs.
