I may have an option for you, but we do not have a breakdown of which axle your 2019 Forest River Rockwood Geo Pro 15TB Travel trailer uses so you will need to measure the axle, and determine its rating.
Starting with measuring the axle you will need to measure from hub face to hub face, and from spring center to spring center. This will tell us the length of the axle needed, and how wide the frame of your trailer is.
For the axle rating the easiest way to get this is looking for the axle tag on the center of the axle and looking for the GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating). If for some reason the axle tag is missing there should be a sticker near the VIN of the trailer that lists the GAWR as well.
For example the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 89" - 3,500 lbs # 35545E-ST-89 you were looking at has a 3500lb weight rating. This axle has an 89" hub face measurement and 74" spring center measurement as shown in the included diagram. This axle does include new braking assemblies and hubs like you were wanting. As long as this matches your current axle this would be a prefect replacement option.
