Assuming that your Fleetwood Storm Class A motorhome is built on a Ford F-53 chassis with a GVWR of 16K-22K, The # SSF-170-40-2 SumoSprings Rebel helper springs that you'd looked at would be a good solution for the front axle. For the rear axle, use # SSR-187-54-1 for a GVWR between 20K and 26K.
