On your 2016 Ford F-150 there is not a different air helper spring kit for if it is a single cab short bed truck or if it has an extended/crew cab, they all share the same kits which is why we do not make mention of the style of bed/cab on our website.

With that said the only thing that affects fitment is if your truck is a 2WD or 4WD.
