Will the Curt Roof Rack for Raised Side Rails Work with the Yakima Show Down?

Will this cross bar work with a Yakima show down sup rack?

Even though the Curt Roof Rack for Raised Side Rails - Aluminum - Black - 53-3/8" Long # C18118 can be used with the Yakima Show Down # Y04081 on your 2016 Mazda CX-5, people often use slightly longer crossbars when using the Show Down to give you more clearance from your vehicle for the additional requirement of 3-1/2 inches beyond the towers, so I recommend you consider that because they suggest 3-1/2 inches of rail length past the feet/side rails.
With that being said, I recommend using the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack - 58" Long # MPG216. The 58" inches of crossbar space will give you the extra length requirement past the mounting towers for the Show Down to work properly.
