Im Looking for a Sewer hub like Part # 34466v13 but the Mount holes to be 3 3/4 in Pic is att. thanks

The RV Sewer Slip Hub part # 34466V13 that you referenced has 3-3/4 inches between all of the mounting holes like you are looking for so it would work great.

The overall height (excluding cable) of the LaSalle Bristol Cable-Actuated RV Waste Valve part #34466N4BB96GM is 14" and the overall width/thickness (spigot to spigot) is 5". I have attached a photo below as well.
