We do have baseplates that are a fit for your 2007 Mini Cooper S hatchback, though the Blue Ox ones you mentioned aren't a fit; instead what you will need are baseplates from Roadmaster, which I verified with them will fit your '07 Mini Cooper S hatchback and are the following part:
- Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit # 521877-1
