Bike Carrier With Ramp To Transport 2 Electric Bikes On 2007 Range Rover
Question:
Will this rack allow enough space for the lower cargo door to be lowered completely flat to get a massage table in and out.? All I see are hatchback photos. We have 2 ebikes and am looking for a ramp for rack. Do you sell them? Thank you for your help.

The Hollywood Racks TRS Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # HR3000 does not have a ramp and only has a weight capacity of 50lbs per bike, so you will actually want to look into some other options for your e-bikes.
The Kuat NV 2.0 Base Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches # BA22B with Access Ramp # ANVBRB may allow you to drop your tailgate but we haven't tested this so I can't confirm. The distance from center of hitch pin hole to nearest part of bike rack is 11-3/4", so if you have at least this amount of distance between the hitch pin hole and rear most part of the dropped tailgate then it would work for you. The weight capacity is 60lbs per bike.
If you don't have at least 11-3/4" clearance for this bike rack then your best option is to add a hitch extender such as Roadmaster Hitch Extender 7-3/4" # RM-071-75 or Hitch Extender 14" # HE12 depending on how much extension you need. Keep in mind, using an extender will reduce your vehicle's hitch capacity by 50% so make sure you don't exceed that reduced capacity. I attached demonstration videos for you.
