It appears that your 2018 Heartland Fuel 352 uses a standard 1621 pin box. You will want to confirm this by either the sticker on the pin box or the bolt hole measurements for the pin box. If you do not have a sticker the bolt holes are going to be 7-7/8" on center from the front holes to the center of the back holes. The vertical holes will have a 2" on center separation.
