I do have an option for you but there isn't a great way to secure a bike, let alone multiple e-bikes to a cargo basket. In order to safely and securely haul two e-bikes you will need to use a traditional bike rack. For this, I recommend the Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes part # NV22B. The Kuat NV 2.0 is made of aluminum so it will resist rust and corrosion and is fairly lightweight which will help with loading and unloading. It has a 60 lb per bike weight capacity. It comes with locks for security as well.
