What Other Parts with Work with My Thule Aero Feet # TH400XT on My 2016 Honda Civic Sedan?

I have 4 thule 400xt aero feet. Is there a clamp i could use to fit these on my honda? Thank you.

I have a solution for you. Unfortunately, the Thule Aero - Roof Rack Support Feet TH400XT is not compatible with fit kits that are designed to fit your 2016 Honda Civic Sedan with a bare roof. However, if you want a complete Thule roof rack system, I recommend the following parts:
