The Reese Weight Distribution Shank # RP69FR has 3/4" bolt holes spaced 1-1/4" apart (center on center) which is fairly standard. I don't know for sure what the specs for your EZ-Lift system's hitch head are (we don't currently offer EZ Lift parts) but I do believe most EZ-Lift systems used industry standard hole spacing and sizes.
You can measure the holes on your EZ Lift weight distribution head to confirm this will work for you.
