I had our warehouse measure the diameter of the CE Smith Deep V Keel Roller Assembly for Boat Trailers - Galvanized Steel/Black Rubber - 8" # CE10403G and found it is 3-1/4" at the widest point, 2-3/8" right before the center flat area, and 2-1/4" in the center flat area as shown in the included diagram.

I also included a video of the # CE10403G for you to take a look at.
