Can I Use My Old Tow Bar with Roadmaster 524465-5 Base Plate?

The Roadmaster # RM39FR (524465-5 alt part number) is designed for your 2021 Escape Hybrid and will connect all Roadmaster tow bars that slide into a 2" receiver on your towing vehicle.
In addition to your base plate kit and tow bar, you will need the Roadmaster # RM-645 safety cables, a Roadmaster # RM-152-98146-7 tow wiring kit, and a supplemental braking kit like the Brake Buddy # HM39524.
You may also need a high/low adapter. See the links below to determine if you need one.
You will also need to review your Escape owner's manual to see if you can flat tow and if there are any special requirements.
