Hi just wondering would the hitch off a 2010 dodge caliber fit a 2007 dodge caliber

The Dodge Caliber was only produced for one generation, from 2007-2012. The 2007 and 2010 Dodge Caliber would indeed use the same hitch, such as the Draw-Tite Class I # 24769 you'd looked at.
If the hitch has previously been installed, I'd recommend replacing the hardware, as it isn't meant to be repeatedly torqued. You can obtain replacement hardware by using our # RHK replacement hardware kit. On the linked # RHK product page, simply input the hitch part number into the provided field and choose the hitch manufacturer from the drop-down menu.
