You made some great choices for flat towing your 2016 Chevy Spark LS. I do want to confirm that you have a manual transmission as an automatic will require you to dolly tow instead of flat towing. If you do need to dolly tow I recommend the Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly with Disc Brakes - Foldable - 4,800lbs Item # DM9713045.

Tow Bar: Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000lbs Item # RM-522. This tow bar is great and comes with a non-binding feature to help with attaching and detaching the arms on uneven surfaces.

Tow Bar Wiring: Roadmaster Smart Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Wiring Kit for Variable Voltage Incandescent Tail Lights Item # RM26FR. This kit has both the wiring for the tail lights and the 7wire to 6wire kit with everything you need and will have the screws needed to install.

Base Plates: Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms Item # RM-523185-4. Roadmaster is a great choice and this baseplate kit is a confirmed fit for your vehicle.

Safety Cables: RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000lbs Item # RM-643. I recommend these over the ones you chose because the coils will help prevent the cables from dragging on the ground and being damaged.

Braking System: Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System - Proportional Item # HM39524. This braking system comes with a battery charger to keep your vehicle's battery from draining while towing.
