Using the Ultra-Fab Motorcycle Carrier and the Roadmaster High-Low Adapter for an E-Bike
Question:
I need the ramp since I cannot lift a 50lb bike. I wish to install rack on my 1995 Ford econoline cargo van. I need a riser to attach to hitch - to have adequate clearance. Would that work? Considering ramp length and safety?

You can use the Ultra-Fab Motorcycle Carrier for 2" Hitches, part # UF48-979033, to carry your bike. You will need to ensure that you tighten this down well with straps like the Erickson Ratchet Tie-Down Straps w/ Web Clamps and S-Hooks, part # EM31353. I've linked to a video review of these straps below.
As for using a riser in your shank, you can use the Roadmaster High-Low Adapter for Tow Bars - 2" Hitches, part # RM-076. It fits 2" receivers and gives you a 6" rise. I've linked to a video review of this as well.
The ramp of the Ultra-Fab Carrier will still reach the ground, but it will give you a sharper incline. You will need to push harder than you would if you didn't use the riser, but with a good start, your bike will go on the ramp.
