There are currently 2 class III hitches with a 2" receiver that will fit your 2017 Lexus NX 200t F Sport.
First is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13337 that you found. This hitch will allow for 525lbs of maximum tongue weight for your bike rack. If you ever do need it for towing a trailer it is rated for 3,500lbs with a standard ball mount or 4,000lbs with a weight distribution hitch. Be sure to verify and not exceed weight limits given by Lexus for your vehicle.
There is also the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75956 that will fit your Lexus. It will allow for a maximum tongue weight of 350lbs for your bike rack. And if you tow a trailer the hitch is rated for 3,500lbs with a standard ball mount and 4,000lbs trailer and 400lbs tongue weight with a weight distribution hitch.
With the Curt having the higher tongue weight this may be the better option depending on the weight of your bike rack and bikes.
