Since the highest load rating for a ST185/80D13 tire is 1710lbs that means with two tires you are only at 3420lbs which is 350lbs under the GVWR of your camper.
I recommend replacing the wheels and tires with the Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 14" White Spoke Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range D # AM32161 as long as you have enough clearance to fit them. The # AM32161 is 8.1" wide and 26.3" tall compared to your current tires which are 7" wide and 24.1" tall.
As long as you have at least 1-1/2" clearance from the inside edge of your current tires to the frame, and 4" clearance from the top of the tire to the bottom of the fender you will have no fitment issues.
The # AM32161 has a load rating of 2200lbs each so with the two tires you will be at 4400lbs which is plenty for your trailer.
I included a video of the # AM32161 for you to take a look at.
