Does Reese Elite Adapter Fit 2016 Ford F-350 With Pucks & Is It Compatible With B&W Patriot

rp30156. Will this puck system work on my 2016 Ford 350 Super Duty which is equipped with the puck holes in the bed? Will it acommidate a Patriot 18K fifth wheel hitch?

I can confirm for you that the Reese adapter you mentioned does in fact fit the puck system of a 2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty:
- Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30156
In regards to the Patriot 5th wheel hitch, it is not compatible with the sliding Patriot, it is only compatible with the fixed B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3255.
It isn't just this adapter though, the sliding Patriot does not actually work with any puck system adapter.
