Im wondering if this Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System Item # TFR350SDE will work with a 4in lift?

To use a Timbren kit like the part # TFR350SDE that you mentioned with a 4 inch lift you just need to also get spacers like part # A25723-90AH00 to take up the extra space created by the lift. Since it's a 4 inch lift you'd need a total of 8 spacers since these are 1 inch thick and you need one for both sides of the vehicle.
