With this seal stick to a spray in bed liner?? I just had a rhino liner installed and need a new seal.

Yes it will; the Replacement Bulkhead Seal for TruXedo Lo Pro or TruXport Tonneau Covers # TX99FR will indeed stick to your spray-in bed liner.

I was able to have a warehouse measure the Replacement Corner Weather Seal #TX1703568 you were looking at and they measure 3/8" thick and 3-1/2" across as you can see in the included diagram.
