The Curt # C13197 Class III hitch is a confirmed fit of all 2015 models of the Mercedes-Benz GLA.
I don't have any specific installer recommendations other than our staff at our facility in Wentzville MO, but I'd recommend using a reputable body shop in your area to do the install for you. As you can see in the video I've linked for you, the installation is pretty extensive, involving temporarily removing the rear bumper and fascia as well as the taillight assemblies. A body shop would be well versed on how to do this without damaging anything.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like part # 119250KIT, a ball mount like
# AMSC6, a hitch pin like # PC3 and a trailer ball like # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch.
I've linked to an install video for the hitch and a video showing a typical install for the wiring harness I recommended.
