What are the dimensions of this rack when off the hitch and folded for storage?

I called my contact at Hollywood Racks, and he confirmed that the dimensions of the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider Bike Rack # HR200Z when off the hitch and folded are 9 inches wide x 39 inches tall from the bottom of the shank to the top. I went ahead and created a diagram and attached it to to the bottom of this response.
