Question:
2018 Ford XLT F-150 Heavy duty crew cab short bed door sticker 1857 load cap. My truck floats or wanders around going down the road pulling a camper or a load of firewood. Will this item help? drives me nuts. Thanks

The RoadActive Suspension # RAS3611-Y will definitely help with the issues you are having. This will supplement the stock suspension if it is not handling the loads you need it to. That being said, this will not really be adjustable after getting it set to where it needs to be. If you wanted to go with something adjustable, the Firestone # F2582 would also be a good option.
This will adjust from 5 psi at the low end, making them feel nearly non-existent, all the way up to 100 psi, giving them up to 4,800 pounds of capacity. The install for these is more difficult, however, and will need to be aired up when you need to tow or carry a load.
Though I do prefer the adjustability of the # F2582, they are technically more work to use.
