The Tekonsha # 118269 T-One trailer taillight wiring harness has a Stop/turn lights capacity of 4.2 amps per circuit and 7.5 amps per Taillight (running light) circuit, however the # C56332 isn't compatible with a 2010 Mercedes-Benz ML350. For that vehicle, you'd want to use # 119250KIT which has the identical capacity.
I've linked to a video showing a typical installation on a similar vehicle.
