Fit of Reese RP56018-53 5th Wheel Install Kit on 2019 Ram 1500

Question:

In you QandA You say this item only fits my 2019 Ram 1500 with air suspension and in another answer you say it will fit without air suspension. I have a 2019 ram 1500 new body sport crew cab with 6 1/2 foot box will this kit work? I like not having to drill into the frame. Thanks

The Reese # RP56018-53 is compatible with 2019 Ram 1500 models regardless of whether or not they're equipped with the air suspension, as long as it isn't a 1500 Classic.

If you'd like to install a 7-way trailer connector in the bed of your truck so you don't have to run the trailer connector cable up over the tailgate, you can install one using part # C56000.
