Front hitch for 2004 Silverado SS
Question:
Need a Front Hitch for my 2004 Chevy Silverado SS. Cant seem to find one anywhere. I tried a Draw-tite 65028 which was not remotely close. Help Please?

The Chevy Silverado SS is built on the 1500 LD frame, as you've found, the Draw-Tite # 65028 is a fit for the 1500HD, and isn't compatible with the LD frame. For the 1500LD, you'd need the Curt # 31302.
