Troubleshooting Third Brake Light Camera For Ford Monitor That Is Not Showing Camera Footage

2016 F350 super duty. Factory monitor does not switch over from backup camera. Camera has power.

Regarding the Custom Third Brake Light Camera for 8" Factory Monitor - Night Vision # 3460006, if your camera has the correct 12V power and you are still not getting the camera footage on the monitor then there must be a bad connection somewhere. I attached a photo of the instructions which shows the wiring layout. Make sure your wiring matches the diagram and then go through and check each connection to verify you don't have a connector that is loose or damaged.
Another thing you can try is flipping the toggle switch (if applicable) before putting the truck in reverse, as sometimes this matters. If you are still having issues then let me know and I will dig deeper into the issue. I attached a detailed demonstration video that you can watch for more insight.
