Hello, I have a 2020 Honda CR-V EX with a bear naked roof. I would like to add a roof top tent, like an ikamper mini. What type of roof mounting system would I need to make this project happen.

Since your 2020 Honda CR-V has a naked roof, you will need to go with a roof rack that attaches to the door jams. I took a look at the Ikamper mini tent and it attaches to virtually any vehicle and only weighs 125lbs so it will work well for you. For a roof rack, I would look into the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero bars which feature a T-slot top channel in case you wish to install any channel-mounted accessories down the road.
