what is the best ebike rack to use with my class c rv? bikes weight 65 lbs and 4inch fat tires.

The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY84FR is your best bet. It's compatible with your Class C RV and has 80 lbs per bike and can accept tire widths up to 5 inches. I've used this rack and did the demo video on it so I am very familiar with it. It will serve you well for many many seasons.
