The Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision - Rear Mount - 4.3" Screen item # FOS43TASF will connect to the wiring in the back of your trailer and the wireless monitor will plug into a cigarette lighter (12V outlet) port in your truck and you can mount the screen on your windshield with the suction cup.

So you shouldn't need any additional items unless you have certain model 2021 trucks that have had interference issues, which would just require you to add an extra adapter to improve the signal. Is this is the case then please reply back with your year/make/model and I'll recommend the correct adapter for your vehicle.
