Will Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars and Thule Evo Raised Rail Feet Fit on Factory Raised Rails?

Question:

Hello, Im writing about my recent order #111202004. I am trying to find crossbars that will work for two of my cars to carry a Thule cargo box. Here are the two cars: 2014 Subaru Forester 1993 Chevy S-10 Blazer 4-door Id like to be able to move the box between the two, along with the crossbars and whatever towers or feet I need. Both cars have factory-installed railings on them. I purchased Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars 47 and Evo Raised Rail Feet and now am not convinced that this system will work for both cars, or even one of them. Could you please advise before my order is shipped? Thank you!

Hello Kara -

Thanks so much for reaching out. Crossbars that are compatible with your 2014 Subaru Forester and 1993 Chevy S-10 Blazer 4-door depend on what kind of factory roof rack you have (if any). Once I find out what kind of factory rack you have on your vehicles (flushed rails, raised rails, or none), I can let you know the compatibility of the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars and the Evo Raised Rail Feet.

For the 2014 Subaru Forester, the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 will fit on your factory rails with the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - 47" # TH711220. The feet and the crossbars both have a maximum weight capacity of 220 pounds. For the 1993 Chevy S-10 Blazer 4-Door, the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 will fit on your factory rails with the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - 47" # TH711220. The feet and the crossbars both have a maximum weight capacity of 220 pounds. I checked your order #111202004 and confirmed that you ordered the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 and the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - 47" # TH711220. This setup will fit your Thule Atlantis 1600 Cargo Carrier. If you are wishing to move the cargo carrier between the two vehicles, it will require you to unload the carrier and detach the rail mounts from one vehicle and fasten them to the rails on the other vehicle.
