I have a great alternative. The Swagman Trailhead 2 Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" hitches # S63360 will not fit on your 2011 Jeep Wrangler with an extra tire attached. This rack has a long hitch shank length of 11 inches from the center of the pin hole to the back of the upright bar. We did measure a Jeep Wrangler with an extra tire mounted, and it measures 13 inches from the center of the pinhole on the hitch. For an alternative rack that gives you extra clearance for an extra tire, I recommend the Yakima SpareRide 2 Bike Rack # Y02599. This rack has a Rubber TireTread spacers to cushion the bike rack against the spare tire and includes a Same-Key System lock to deter theft. The Yakima SpareRide 2 Bike Rack # Y02599 will allow you to attach the rack to a spare tire (with a maximum width of 7-11/16 inches - 12-1/2 inches) without the use of a trailer hitch.

If you need a hitch to go along with the rack, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13432. This hitch will give you the weight capacity you need (maximum of 350 pounds tongue weight) as well as the 2-inch fit you need for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler.
