Are the Air Lifts compatible with custom 5th wheel hitch frame brackets/kits? Their upper brackets clamps to the jounce bumper bracket and frame.

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs, # AL88299, may work with your custom 5th wheel frame brackets, but the fit will depend on how the brackets attach to the frame of your 2010 Toyota Tundra 4x4. The LoadLifter brackets attach to the bottom of the frame and hooks to the inside of the frame and the jounce bumper bracket using clamps (see photo).

As long as the brackets for your fifth wheel hitch do not interfere with this location on your vehicle frame, you will have no problem installing these air bags. I have attached a link to the installation instructions that show how these springs install so you can compare them to your fifth wheel brackets.

If your brackets will interfere with clamps and upper bracket for the LoadLifter springs, then I recommend looking at a rubber spring option like the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System, # TTORTUN4. These are rubber springs that will replace your existing bump stop on your leaf springs. I have also attached the installation instructions for you to check out.
