I have above bed hyjacker 21k auto slide, need to change to 2020 ram already prep for under bed

To install the Demco Hijacker # DM8550034 (or one similar) in the bed of a 2020 Ram 3500 that has the OEM rail kit the adapter you need is the part # DM6099 which provides the rails your hitch is designed to fit. At this time they do not make a side bracket kit for your hitch to fit the rail kit directly mostly due to the wider spacing of the Ram rail kits.
