The Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger - Dual Input - DC to DC - 12V/24V - 25 Amp # 331-BCDC1225D will allow you to charge your new lithium batteries in your camper using your truck. It has a dual option to hook up to solar panels that have 9-32V power output to charge your batteries as well.

Since a lot of newer vehicles have smart alternators which don't allow a high enough voltage to charge the auxiliary battery you'll need the BCDC Battery Charger because it will boost the voltage to ensure proper charging.

I've attached an installation video that offers a ton of information and goes step by step on installing this charger.
