The Circuit Protected Modulite Kit # C59496 will fit your 2008 Infiniti EX35. It will protect your vehicle and trailer against electrical shorts and mis-wire situations and will power your trailers stop, turn, tail, and running lights directly from your vehicles battery.
You will need to ensure you do not overload the circuits. Do not exceed the manufacturer towing rating, the maximum stop/turn light amps of 2.1 per side, or the maximum tail light amps of 7.5. I have included a link to the installation instructions for this product.
If you need a brake controller to use with your 2008 Infiniti EX35 while towing your trailer, you might be interested in the Tekonsha Brake Controller # 90885. It is a proportional brake controller that will automatically control the levels of braking on your trailer. To use this item, you will also need the Universal Installation Kit # ETBC7. I have included a video showing the installation of this item.
I have also provided links to our FAQ pages on trailer brake controllers and ETBC7 installation.
