Trailer Brake Controller Not Working on 2018 Chevrolet Suburban

i have a 18 suburban. the aftermarket brake controller is not working. is there a wire i have to attach to the fuse box under the hood?

On your 2018 Chevrolet Suburban if you are using the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3016 with your Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 there is no other connection required.
You can check to make sure the fuse # 36 is still in place on your engine compartment fuse block. Be sure to check the fuse to ensure it is not damaged and it is the correct amperage required.
A Circuit Tester # PTW2991 can be utilized to ensure that you are getting power at the brake controller wires to determine if the controller is the issue.
