According to the owner's manual, if your truck is equipped with a two-speed transfer case that has a Neutral and a 4WD Low setting, it can indeed be flat towed. There is a very specific procedure for flat towing, so you'll want to give the 'recreational towing' section of your owner's manual a look to familiarize yourself with the procedure.

If you do have the 2-speed transfer case with the Neutral and 4WD Low setting, to flat tow the vehicle you'll need a tow bar, base plates, safety cables, a taillight wiring harness, a supplemental braking system and possibly a high/low adapter if the installed height of the base plates has more than a +/- 3 inch height difference compared to the receiver height on the motorhome.

For a base plate, the Blue Ox # BX1740 you'd looked at would work well. For a tow bar, I'd go with the Roadmaster Nighthawk for Blue Ox Base Plates, part # RM-677 which also includes the umbilical to connect the wiring on the truck and the safety cables. For a diode taillight wiring harness, use # RM-154.

Since the owner's manual states that the negative battery terminal should be disconnected prior to flat towing the vehicle, a # RM-766 quick disconnect system is recommended. For a supplemental braking system, I'd recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. You'll also need the # RM-9332 outlet wired directly to the battery and a # RM-156-25 charge line kit to keep the truck's battery topped off while towing.

I've linked to some product videos that you might find helpful, as well as to a help article that shows how to determine if you need a high/low adapter.
