Will The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver C11405 Fit 2019 Mustang GT Without Modifying The Exhaust?

Installation notes for this hitch indicate that it requires relocating or modifying the exhaust. Does this modification refer only to the optional Active Exhaust or something else? My car does not have the Active Exhaust,

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11405 will work just fine on your 2019 Ford Mustang and will not require any exhaust modification. Vehicles that have the Active Valve Performance Exhaust will need to move clips on a sensor, but you will not have to worry about this. This 1-1/4" receiver has a max tongue weight of 200lbs and is Class 1, so make sure your hitch-mounted accessories are also 1-1/4" Class 1 and under the weight capacity.

Curt states that a stabilizing strap such as # 18050 must be used to help secure all non-trailered loads. I attached a couple demonstration videos for you to check out.
