To install your Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 3 Axles - Proportional # TK90160 in your 2018 Ford Explorer with the factory 7-way connector you will need the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3035-P which will plug into the factory trailer brake controller port located underneath the dash of your Explorer above the hood release latch.
