Recommended Drawbar To Tow SeaDoo With 2013 Chevrolet Camaro
Question:
Im putting this on a 2013 Camaro 2LT. The trailer for my SeaDoo requires a 2inch ball, with the centerline of the ball between 17inch and 21inch off the ground. Can you recommend the other parts Ill need?

It sounds like you have a pretty good game plan so far!
The Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # 24850 you were looking at is confirmed to fit your 2013 Chevrolet Camaro 2LT and would be prefect for towing your small SeaDoo Trailer.
Now the highest rise available in a Class I Drawbar that is long enough to clear the bumper on your Camaro is the Curt Class I Drawbar - 5" Rise - 11-9/16" Long - 2,000 lbs # C45025 that has 5" rise. When we installed the # 24850 on a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 we found that from the ground to the upper edge of the receiver was just under 10", so with the # C45025 you will be right around 15". While this is 2" shorter than the 12" you mentioned, it is the tallest option available.
For a 2" hitch ball to match the coupler on your trailer you will need the # C40018, and you will need Hitch Pin and Clip # F-4.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
