Lippert Ground Control Auto Level Issues
Question:
Just purchased a new 5th wheel When using the lci auto level the unit almost gets level and throws a fault for all 6 legs. When operating the unit I see the power from 13.6v to 11.8v and control clicks and goes blank When it comes back on I have a fault on all legs. I have tried reseting multiple times. And now it will not even get high enough to load on truck

I recommend first checking your battery charge and output. These controllers are finicky and want to see 12V constant. If possible have your camper plugged in or vehicle plugged in and running when using the controller. You will also want to double check all the battery post connections as well as the power wire that runs to the Control Module # LC304136.
It's also a good time to inspect the Circuit Breaker # D16754 the manufacturer was supposed to install. Make sure its rated for 50 amp. Also go around to all the jacks and ensure the wiring connections are secure and clean of dirt.
If you are still having problems and all the above is correct and working you should contact your dealer and manufacturer to see if warranty will cover a mobile technician who can test the module for defect.
