The Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar part # RM-520 comes with the crossbar which is required when used with the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit. If you have the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit then you would just simply not use the crossbar but it's not available without.

Sounds like you are looking for the Replacement Quick Disconnect Crossbar Assembly for Roadmaster Motorhome Mounted Tow Bars #910021-00. This comes with a new crossbar and all the hardware and connections to attach to a Roadmaster base plate kit.
