Bike Rack Solution for Carrying Bikes between Tow Vehicle and Camper

Question:

Looking for a proper hitch adapter. Will be towing my PUP 3,000 lbs and want to be able to also throw on my LOLO Bike rack 75 lbs w/o bikes. Its a 6 bike rack and Ill probably just throw on 3-4 bikes max 20-40 lbs. Im concerned about weight capacity and also because I use a , not sure if thatll also compromise anything. Thanks!

There's a couple issues with what you are wanting to do but I can help with a compromise of sorts. One issue is that there just isn't room between a tow vehicle and a camper for a 6 bike rack as the area is just limited. Also using a hitch adapter does cut the towing capacity of the vehicle by 50 percent due to additional leverage and movement.

The best solution would be to use a Lippert Jack-It part # LC429756 which would allow you to carry 2 bikes with a rack that attaches to the a-frame jack mount like what you can see in the attached review video link on this page.
