I have a solution for you, but the Draw-Tite # 75528 does not fit on a 2010 Honda CR-V. However, the Draw-Tite # 75547 will fit on the 2010 Honda CR-V and gives you a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver that's very similar to the # 75528.
I've linked an installation video of this hitch for you to check out, as well as our entire selection of wiring harnesses that will fit a 2010 CR-V in case you'll be doing any towing and don't already have a wiring harness.
