The highest rated trailer tire size of ST215/75R14 is the Kenda Karrier part # AM10229 is a load range C tire with a maximum load of 1,870 lbs at 50 psi. This does not seem quite enough for your setup.

Instead, I would recommend you go down to the slightly smaller ST205/75R14 and go up to the Load Range D Kenda Karrier Radial Trailer Tire part # AM10235. This tire has a max load of 2,200 at 75 psi and a speed rating of 81 mph.

Either of these sizes would work for you as long as you are using a tandem trailer.

If your wheels are good I'd continue to use them and just mount the tires to them. The wrench/socket size needed for the wheels really depends on the lugs that are holding the wheels on. We have 4-ways like the part # PTW7 which would cover the correct size since this has 4 different standard lug nut sizes. A torque wrench would not be needed to remove old wheels.
